1. Dashboard
When you log in, you’ll see your dashboard—an overview of your projects, time logs, and pending tasks.
- Recurring Monthly Time: Shows your allocated monthly hours (as per your package).
- Time Used This Month: Tracks how much time has been spent.
- Available Time Left: Displays remaining hours.
2. Request Work
- Click “Request Work” to submit a new task or project.
- Fill in the details (e.g., project type, deadline, and description).
- Our team will review and confirm receipt within 24 hours.
Tip: The more details you provide, the faster we can start!
3. Time Log
- View your recurring monthly time, time used, and available time.
- Additional time can be requested and approved on a case-by-case basis.
Note: Extra time is invoiced according to your individual plan.
4. Invoices
- Access and download your monthly invoices anytime.
- For now, we’ll continue emailing invoices, but your portal will always have the latest versions.
Transition Plan: Later this year, invoices will be exclusively available in your portal.
5. Files
- All files created for you (designs, drafts, final versions) are stored here.
- Download or preview files directly from the portal.
6. Reports
- Access detailed monthly analytics for your website or project.
- Find summaries and actionable ideas to adjust your content and marketing strategy.

7. Support
- Log a support ticket for any issues with your project or our website.
- Track the status of your ticket and communicate directly with our team.
Response Time: We aim to resolve tickets within 48 hours.
