SpeakLeaf approached me to design and develop a comprehensive digital marketplace for English tutoring. The objective was to build a bridge between global students and expert educators through a platform that felt both sophisticated and approachable. The challenge lay in creating a visual language that felt organic and growth-oriented, while architecting a complex, multilingual ecosystem capable of handling seamless transitions between Mandarin, Spanish, French, and English.
The conceptual foundation was built on the intersection of nature and dialogue—where language “grows.” Beyond the visual identity, the project required a deep dive into User Experience (UX) for a dual-audience marketplace. I developed a high-fidelity website featuring a bespoke lesson-scheduling engine and custom-integrated dashboards. This included a dedicated interface for tutors to manage their curriculum and a separate, streamlined portal for students. To ensure a world-class educational environment, I integrated direct video conferencing tools and curated resource libraries, all supported by an expansive FAQ framework with in-depth, tailored guides for both user groups.
The final deliverable was a robust, high-performance digital ecosystem that successfully translated a complex business idea into a polished, user-centric interface. While the venture eventually concluded its operations, the design phase resulted in a premier example of technical precision and strategic brand alignment. From the seamless language-switching capabilities to the intuitive scheduling architecture, the project stands as a testament to my ability to design at scale—leaving behind a complete digital blueprint of excellence that remains a highlight of my professional body of work.
